Beth Lefevre

For as long as I can remember, creating peace and cooperation have been the underlying purpose for my life. Not like “hippie peace” make love-not war, (although that is a better alternative than we presently have now), but peace. Peace from within, peace in relationships, families, on the roadways, the workplace, communities, governments, countries and anyplace else it is currently not showing up. Let’s face it, as a society we have not yet been acting like we are part of the same team. We often concentrate more on our differences than our similarities. At our core, most of us want the same things. We want to be noticed, loved, acknowledge for our unique talents, valuable to others, and part of a larger community…a sense of belonging.

Educational Systems Today, Inc. was formed for just that purpose; for people to connect joyously again in ways that have been forgotten or that were never learned in the first place. With families, learning to forgive, understand and connect helps each member through difficult times. That has a ripple effect and will carry through to all other areas of a person’s life. At work, if we can learn to cooperate and support one another, instead of putting each other down or competing, the energy saved “watching your back” can be put into increasing both creativity and productivity. Our goal is to increase both in profits and satisfaction. Can you imaging a complete workforce, jumping out of bed because the “get to go to work”? I know it is possible because I have seen this shift occur time and time again.

In the area of government, once there is a team attitude, of service and cooperation, so much more can be accomplished in a shorter amount of time. Wouldn’t you like your hard earned money (taxes) to be used in the best ways possible? Re-energizing government employees as to why they choose to be in service in the first place and to see how the benefits of their influence allows them to continue to find better ways to support their communities. Join the challenge of finding new ways of using specialized education in reaching and teaching our growing populations.
